PC 1302-05 is a general-purpose polycarbonate (PC) engineering plastic produced by LG Chem of South Korea. It features high transparency, excellent heat resistance, and outstanding impact resistance, making it suitable for injection molding and extrusion molding processes.

 

Key Features:

High Transparency: Up to 89% light transmittance, suitable for optical components.

Excellent Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength up to 60.0 MPa, flexural strength 96.0 MPa, exhibiting a high balance of stiffness and toughness.

Its excellent heat resistance allows it to maintain structural stability at high temperatures, making it suitable for long-term operation in heat-generating equipment such as electrical appliances and lighting.

It exhibits excellent processability, with a melt flow rate (MFR) of 5 g/10 min, facilitating injection molding.

 

Main Applications:

Electronic and Electrical Housings: Used for housings of displays, printers, and other electronic devices, providing both aesthetics and protection.
