Concept of Bulk Bag
Bulk bag, also known as ton bag or space bag, is a medium-sized bulk container. It can be transported as a unitized unit mainly by crane or forklift. It is convenient for loading and transporting bulk powdery materials. It has large volume, light weight, and easy loading and unloading. And other characteristics, is one of the common packaging materials.
Process of Bulk Bag
The bulk bag is made of polypropylene as the main raw material. After adding a small amount of stable condiments, the plastic film is melted and extruded by the extruder, cut into filaments, and then stretched, and then heat-set into high strength and low elongation. The high-speed PP raw yarn is then woven and coated to make the base fabric of the plastic woven fabric, which is stitched with slings and other accessories to make a big bag.
