Process flow of recycled plastic particles

1.Waste plastic recycling

5.Particle post-treatment

The recycled plastic particles after extrusion granulation need to be post-treated, including cooling, cutting and other links. Cooling is the cooling of hot plastic particles to room temperature by air cooling or water cooling, reducing their temperature for subsequent packaging and storage. Cutting is to cut the long particles into the appropriate length of the grain, easy to follow the processing.

6.Packaging and storage

After post-processing, recycled plastic particles need to be packaged and stored. Packaging can be woven bags, large bags and other ways to ensure the quality and safety of recycled plastic raw materials. When storing, it is necessary to choose a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and deterioration of recycled plastics.
