    LOTTE LLDPE UR644 has high mechanical strength, excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and wide molding tolerance as its core advantages. It is specially designed for rotational molding process and is widely used in corrosion-resistant containers, large water tanks and industrial storage tanks.


    Core advantages:

    High rigidity: flexural modulus reaches 7000 kg/cm² (about 686 MPa), providing excellent structural stability.

    Environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR): >500 hours under F50 standard (ASTM D-1693), much higher than ordinary LLDPE, suitable for long-term pressure containers.

    Grinding and moldability: suitable for rotational molding of complex shapes, with high molding efficiency.

    Weathering resistance: UV resistant, suitable for outdoor use (such as water tanks, storage tanks)


    Applications:

    Large containers and water tanks: Water treatment tanks, chemical tanks

    Industrial rotomolding products: Centrifugal molded containers, outdoor equipment

    Special uses: Food grade packaging, high temperature liquid storage and transportation
